1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Doodle Clothing website and the purchase of products from our online store. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Ordering

• All products displayed on our website are subject to availability
• Product images are actual photographs of our t-shirts and doodle designs
• We reserve the right to restock items for orders when temporarily out of stock
• Customers will be notified of any delays due to stock issues and given the option to cancel their order
• Orders remain in "Pending" status until processed daily
• Order cancellations are only accepted while orders are in "Pending" status

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• We accept all payment methods supported by our payment providers (PayFast/iVeri)
• In the event of a pricing error, we will honor the displayed price
• Payment must be completed before order processing begins

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard shipping fee of R159.00 applies to all orders under R1900.00
• Free shipping on orders over R1900.00
• Delivery timeframe: maximum of 2 weeks from order date
• We deliver to all areas within South Africa
• Shipping insurance is included with all orders

5. Returns and Refunds

• 7-day return policy from the date of delivery
• Free returns for all orders
• Return label included in every package
• Returns accepted for:
  • Product quality issues
  • Shipping damage
  • Customer dissatisfaction
• No returns accepted after the 7-day period
• Store credit or replacement product offered for damaged items

6. Product Care and Warranty

• Each t-shirt includes a care label with washing instructions
• Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects
• Warranty claims must be made within the 7-day return period
• Long-term durability dependent on proper care according to label instructions

7. Intellectual Property and Resale

• All doodle designs are proprietary to Doodle Clothing
• Resale of Doodle Clothing t-shirts is strictly prohibited
• Customers may not reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes

8. Account Management

• Account creation is optional for purchases
• All customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for policy violations

9. Force Majeure

• In events beyond our control affecting order fulfillment:
  • Customers will be notified of any delays
  • Orders may be canceled with full refund
  • Shipping insurance claims will be processed where applicable
  • No additional compensation beyond insurance coverage will be provided

10. Website Usage

• Users must report any incorrect product information
• Verified incorrect information will be promptly corrected
• Website access is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

11. Privacy and Communications

• User data is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Marketing communications are opt-in only
